See what’s new at Highwing

We’re constantly working to improve your experience at Highwing! Here’s a summary of what’s changed:

New

• Conversation sidebar is no longer pinned to the Placement Details page; users can click  'Open Conversation' in any market to view and engage with all conversations
• Formatting toolbar is available for messages in conversations
• Zurich Appetite is included on the strategy tab
• CNA is a new connected carrier at Highwing and will begin to tag leads

Improvements

• Auto-archive logic has been updated to archive placements the day after expiration (previously 30 days)
• ‘All Tagged Interest’ view has been updated to include interested carrier, date tagged, and incumbent carrier for each placement
• File sizes shown for each attachment in templates
• Signature field for individual broker license number is available in Settings

Bugs

• Account overviews were occasionally not being saved when going back into a template, this has been corrected
• Markets were intermittently duplicated or not showing immediately after being added to a placement, this has been corrected
• New Business clients created in Highwing are searchable in ‘Client Search’
