Login & Password Help
- If you're in Highwing for the first time, view First Time Logging In
- To reset your password, click “forgot password” and enter your email address, or contact support@highwing.io

- Add support@highwing.io to your email contacts
Signatures
- Broker signatures are included within all broker emails to underwriters.
- Signatures include your name, email, and company logo automatically.
- To update your phone number, title and individual license and title:
- Click your initials on the top right of the page
- Click 'Settings'
- Update your details and save changes
Creating Underwriting Contacts
- On your Highwing placement, to add a new underwriter that isn’t already in the platform follow these steps:
- Click “Add Market”
- Begin typing the underwriter name, if it doesn’t appear click “Create new contact”
- Add the underwriting contact. This contact will be available for the rest of your brokerage in Highwing.
