See what’s new in Highwing

New Business creation for any clients that are not already in the AMS
Servicing team members can be manually added to accounts (this will show up in My Clients and My Placements)
Marketing:
- Individual market notes can be added by any team member
- Markets have new statuses you can manually update: Under Review, Indication Provided, Quoted, No Response, Bound, Declined
- Export a market log at any time showing the carrier, lines of business, and market notes

The ‘Appetite’ tab is now called ‘Strategy’ and includes Top Market suggestions
- Top Markets are based on carriers with the highest active premium across all Highwing brokers for that specific industry and location

Oversized (over 20 MB) attachments can be included with submissions and conversation messages. The underwriter will receive a secure link to access the documents.
New lines of business within templates have been added and alphabetized
Markets no longer show the policy count for the entire placement
Markets can be expanded and collapsed with a single click
Export conversation transcripts at any time (bound or declined status is no longer necessary)
