Market Log

Record and track status of all markets approached

Overview

The Market Log allows users to add markets and keep track of all submissions and progress. Export a summary of the Carriers, Lines of Business and Notes associated to each market. The Market Log will be emailed to you and saved to the Documents tab in Highwing. Include the log with a proposal, share detailed progress with the insured, or use it to consult with the account team on additional markets that should be approached. 

Generating the Market Log

Create the marketing log at any time by clicking 'Export Market Log' from the Marketing tab on the Placement. 

Customizing the Market Log

• The market log will automatically include all submitted markets from the placement, lines of business, and notes specific to each market. 
  • Note: Submissions with a status of 'Not Submitted' will not be included in the log
• If you do not want to include a particular market or specific notes, you have the option to uncheck the corresponding boxes. 

• Click 'Next' and review that the correct markets and notes are selected. 
  • If additional notes are required, click 'Cancel' and 'Add Note' to the market(s) on the Placement Detail.
• Select 'Export Log' to generate the Market Log

• Once the Market Log has successfully been exported, the PDF will be emailed to you. It can also be located in the 'Documents' tab.
