How to create your account, optimize your experience, and solve potential log-in issues

Getting Started

Getting started with Highwing is easy and can be completed in just a few steps.

Step 1: Email support@highwing.io to request access.

Step 2: Receive a "Welcome to Highwing" email in your inbox.

Step 3: Click the link in the email to navigate to app.highwing.io

Step 4: Enter the username (the email address, exactly as listed in the Welcome Email) and the temporary password. It is recommended users copy and paste their usernames and temporary passwords, as both are case sensitive. Be careful not to copy any extra spaces.

Please note that the temporary password will expire in 7 days.

Step 5: After completing Step 4, users will be prompted to create their permanent password. This password will need to be 8 characters long with one uppercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

Step 6: The account is created! We recommend bookmarking the Highwing page (app.highwing.io) for easy return access.

Step 7: Optional: Once you're logged in, go to Settings and add your phone number and title. Your signature will include your name, email, and broker logo automatically.

 Users can use the "Forgot your password?" link from the main login page to update the password at any time after the account is created.

We recommend using the Highwing platform in the Chrome browser to optimize your experience.

Trouble Logging In?

If you're having trouble logging in, consider trying some of the following: 

Step 1: Use Google Chrome as your browser

Step 2: Clear your browser's cache 

Step 3: Perform a "hard refresh" on your browser (Ctr + F5 on PC)

Step 4: Try logging in with the link here

Step 5: Try restarting your computer
