We’re constantly working to improve your experience at Highwing! Here’s a summary of what’s changed:
New
- Quote Compare Phase 1 (view a video overview here)
- Quotes can be uploaded to individual markets
- Mark conversation documents as quotes instead of re-uploading
- Quote content can be extracted and downloaded via excel for review
- Documents can be renamed and deleted by users
Improvements
- Placement Updates
- The Notes tab has been replaced with the Quotes tab, continue making notes on individual markets
- Documents on the market cards have been consolidated into one section for all Market Documents
- The marketing timeline can be collapsed to save space
- Market Updates
- Markets show “not submitted” status before being sent
- Ability to search by carrier when adding markets
- Send to Markets directly from the template when markets haven’t been added yet, eliminating duplicate steps (view a video overview here)
- Carrier contacts and writing companies roll up to their NAIC group name, eliminating the need to update contacts in order to send in the same market with other underwriters
Bug Fixes
- Email Enhancements
- Conversation participants can now reply from within Highwing even if they were not the original sender, resulting in a new email thread including all participants
