Exporting Conversations
Overview
Highwing captures all correspondence with carriers in Conversations when responses are sent in the email thread. Easily export your conversation transcript and attachments at any time.
The transcript emails contain all attachments from the conversation, excluding initial submission documents as those are attached in the original submission receipt email.
Conversation transcripts are accessible in several places:
- Documents tab
- Emailed to you with the entire transcript as a PDF attachment
Exporting conversation transcripts any time
- Click the 3 dots next to the market status
- Select 'Export Conversation', the transcript will be emailed to you and saved in your 'Documents' tab.
Exporting final transcripts when updating markets to 'Bound' or 'Declined'
- Update the carrier market status to reflect the final market outcome (Bound or Declined). The platform will retain the new status and automatically date/time stamp the conversation with the outcome.
- Click 'Save and Export Conversation', the transcript will be emailed to you and saved in your 'Documents' tab.
