See what’s new in Highwing

We’re constantly working to improve your experience in Highwing! Here’s a summary of what’s changed:

New

• Reply to underwriter notifications in your email inbox and Highwing will automatically capture your response on the platform in Conversations. 
• Placements without any Highwing activity will auto-archive 30 days after the expiration date.

• Export conversation transcripts for each market after updating to bound or declined. 

Improvements

• Submission Templates default the Need By date to 30 days prior to expiration. If the expiration date is less than 30 days away, Need By will default to today's date and can be changed in the calendar. 
• The Support chat button automatically moves depending on the page, it will no longer block conversations.
• Travelers Underwriter Update: If a different Travelers underwriter is assigned after the submission, Highwing will automatically update the conversation and correct the underwriting contact. 
• Notifications on platform will highlight recent activity.
• Placements for each client are now sorted from earliest expiration date to latest expiration date.
• All Tagged Interest has improved sorting and filtering options.
• Updated design and navigation on platform! 

Bug Fixes

• Clicking “View Submission” on each market has been corrected to wrap text in the Account Overview section.
