Submission Templates

Create the backbone of your submission once and send it to multiple carriers with ease

Overview

The template allows brokers to build a reusable submission when marketing to multiple carriers. Each submission template contains the need-by date, multiple lines of coverage, attachments, and an account overview. Templates can be named for easy organization.


Step by Step

  • Click into a placement from your homepage.
  • Click the “Build Submission Template” button.
  • Any documents attached here will carry over into submissions when the template is used. 
    • When documents are sent within a template, they are automatically included in the Submission Documents section of the market card.
  • The Account Overview will be included in every market submission as well. You can duplicate an existing template if you only want to make minor changes, or create a new template to start from scratch. 

    • Save and Close if you aren’t ready to send yet. You can update it again by clicking into the template and editing it.
    • At this time, we are unable to delete documents from the template as a user on the platform. 
      • If you do not want to include a document in your submission, uncheck the box for that attachment.
      • If you need to delete any documents, contact support via chat or email support@highwing.io and we’ll help you get it taken care of.

  • Next Steps

    • If you’re ready to send out your submissions, you can send to multiple markets straight from the template.
