We’re constantly working to improve your experience in Highwing! Here’s a summary of what’s changed:
New
- Send submissions to multiple markets with a single click
Improvements
- Email notifications
- Submission emails sent to underwriters will contain the Account Overview in the body of the email rather than an attachment
- Email submissions are more conversational, using the underwriter’s first name
- Client name and Carrier listed on every communication
- The Travelers quote is included on the “Submission Quoted” notification email
- Conversation timestamps
- Instead of showing a message timestamp “yesterday” or “today”, all conversations will show the specific date and time
Bug Fixes
